The company specializes in the production of intricately processed castings, encompassing Cast Iron (C.I.), Gunmetal, Spheroidal Graphite Iron (S.G.), and Steel castings. These components find extensive applications in Platt pumps, motor bodies, vehicle parts, and other diverse industries.

Our manufacturing processes adhere to rigorous standards, commencing with shot blasting to eliminate excess material and refine the surface finish of the castings. Subsequently, our skilled fettling team meticulously ensures that each casting attains its intended shape prior to assembly. Additionally,

our core-making operations involve the fabrication of the negative space within the casting mold, a critical step in preparing for the pouring of molten metal and guaranteeing the precision and integrity of the final product.

Machinery

Shot Blasting Machine

The Shot Blast machine is a crucial component in our foundry operations. Its primary function is to remove excess layers from the produced castings. By propelling metal shots (specifically 460/560mm shots) onto the casting surface, the machine achieves two key objectives: enhancing the shine and smoothing out any exposed imperfections. On average, this process takes approximately 7 minutes per table

Fettling Works

Fettling is a critical and time consuming step in our casting production. It involves shaping raw castings into their final dimensions. Our skilled team utilizes various grinder machines to achieve the precise forms required for the finished products.

Fettling process is considered as last step of any casting work, This attention to detail guarantees that the finished products maintain their integrity and quality throughout subsequent treatments such as heat treatment, powder coating, and acid treatment.
